A transformative initiative by Evanston Technology Partners to train and certify 15,000+ individuals across Africa in four critical technology tracks, creating a new generation of globally competitive technology professionals.
Each country has a dedicated program tailored to local needs, government partnerships, and economic development goals.
The flagship DM2DM program in Botswana targets 10,000 trainees across four technology tracks, operating from the Botswana Digital and Innovation Hub in Year 1 before expanding to a dedicated campus.
Led by National Director Lucas Herbert Mungondo from Maputo, the Mozambique program operates through ETP, LDA and targets 5,000+ trainees, building a Southern African technology outsourcing hub.
Ghana's DM2DM program -- From Gold Mines to Gold Minds -- targets 10,000+ trainees in Accra and beyond, leveraging Ghana's growing tech ecosystem to create a premier West African technology outsourcing hub.
Led by Country Director Einstein Makuyana from Harare, the Zimbabwe DM2DM program is in development. Operating from the 4th Floor of the Eastgate Building, Redbridge, it will extend the initiative's reach into Southern Africa's second-largest economy.
Every trainee is certified across all four tracks, creating an "Elite Hybrid Asset" with cross-domain expertise.
Ethical hacking, penetration testing, incident response, and compliance frameworks.
AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, DevOps, containerization, and infrastructure as code.
LLMs, AI agents, neural networks, NLP, and responsible AI development.
Data cleaning, SQL, business intelligence, and data visualization.
DM2DM graduates will deliver technology services to clients across six global regions, establishing Africa as a premier outsourcing destination.
