Ghana's economy has long been anchored in natural resources -- gold, cocoa, and oil. The DM2DM Ghana program is designed to transition this resource-based economy into a knowledge economy, training a new generation of technology professionals capable of competing on the global stage.
Operating under a formal MOU with the Government of Ghana, ETP will deploy its proven four-track curriculum -- Cybersecurity, Cloud Technologies, Generative AI, and Data Analytics -- adapted for Ghana's unique economic context and talent pool.
Each trainee will earn certifications in all four tracks, creating an "Elite Hybrid Asset" with cross-domain expertise that commands premium salaries from international clients in the Persian Gulf, EU, UK, Asia, and the Americas.
